You are obviously somewhat interested in what I have to say and who I am since you are looking at this right now. That is why I want to let you know more about how I describe me.
My name is Emma and I love to learn. I am always curious about what is around me. I constantly look around for new things to try and learn about. My friends and family sometimes get annoyed with me because I ask so many questions.
I do not have one thing that I love to do above all else. Instead I do a whole bunch of things like hiking, backpacking, biking, skiing, hanging with friends and reading. My favorite book is An Abundance of Katherines by John Green.
People I look up to are people who stand up for what they believe in and/or love science like me. Some examples are Carl Sagan and Neil DeGrasse Tyson. They both worked extremely hard to get where they wanted to and were/are committed to sharing the joys of space and science with the world.
My passion is science, specifically anything to do with space. Hence, I wrote a blog about space. I want to be an astrophysicist when I grow up because I want to learn about how the universe works.
